I had the pleasure to work with this small business for my carpet cleaning. The worker who came out was Jordan and he was very cool and his words were informative. I moved into my first apartment and was told the carpet was "new" but in fact wasn't. Jordan removed stains and spots that was here prior to me moving in and I'm sure from years before. He took pictures and showed me the before and after. He also gave me tips on how to go about communicating with my apartment to get reimbursed for taking care of the carpet. He arrived within the time allotted and did a great job. Out of all the carpet cleaning business I contacted this company put me on their schedule, arrived the following week and was VERY affordable.the products aren't strong to the nose and you will smell a difference in your home. I'll say they are "first apartment" friendly .

Professional!! Informative!! Fast Service!! Reasonable pricing!!! Easy!!! I called All Star before I price shopped. James was professional, personable, very informative. He helped answer my concerns!! Scheduling was quick and easy with great availability. I told him I would shop around, after I hung up I called another company where the line rang forever and I reached a voice-mail. THAT SOLD ME to All Star!! It didn't take long at all. My kids came home from school and instantly said it smells good in here!!!! Thank You!!!

Jordan came and cleaned my daughter's bedroom carpet, mattress & upholstery on her bed frame. I honestly was not expecting the amazing results afterwards. 14/10 highly recommended. Can't wait to bother them to do more things they offer at my house. Not only does it all look brand new and perfect but Jordan's customer service is top notch.

Their customer service was amazing. Answered all my questions and had a crew out to clean my carpet within 24 hours. The work was top notch. Our carpet looks like new.

I was very happy with the service i received from Allstar Floor Cleaning! Their customer service was great and they got back to me very quickly with a carpet cleaning quote just minutes after inquiring online. When they arrived they did a quick inspection of the carpets to see what was gonna be needed. The cleaning was quick and efficient! Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received!

It was super easy to book with them over the phone, and they were able to accommodate my schedule very well! I had two bedrooms as well as a flight of stairs cleaned for a very reasonable price. They were in and out within roughly an hour, and very friendly to work with. I will definitely recommend All Star to my friends as well as real estate clientele moving forward!

The company was very prompt and responsive to my initial inquiry. Their price was great. They send appointment reminder texts, and a text letting you know they are on the way. The young man who came out, Evan, was polite, professional and did a great job. The lower level (kids play area/kids living room etc) is all lighter colored Berber carpeting and 3 of the bedrooms upstairs have traditional cream colored carpeting, all of which now look almost brand new.

I actually couldn't believe how quickly he was able to successfully clean so much square footage, including treatment sprays and triple drying.

I previously attempted 1 of the 7 rooms he completed today with a carpet shampooer. Not only was it a waste of time and money because I was not able to get the stains out, it took hours of my day and the floor took so many more hours to dry. I will never opt to clean the carpets myself again. 100% worth having them come out!

It had been many years since I had my carpet professionally cleaned and I must say I'm very happy with the results. Plus the Added bonus is Jordan. He was the carpet specialist who came out and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable and a wealth of information. He was also very professional and a very kind and patient young man. I would definitely recommend them for your carpet and other cleaning needs. Five stars!

Tech came in with shoe coverings and very friendly polite and professional. Arrived in time slot given. We had some water come in from a mini flood in basement. Carpets came out very nice and fresh. Even removed a couple stains. Very satisfied and happy to have found this company and will definitely use again in the future

There was a scheduling error With our appointment. I contacted the company. I Was assured that someone would come out. 40 minutes later, Evan was at the door. He was very professional and courteous. I thought our appointment may be rushed because of the mishap. But Evan made sure everything was done right. We are very satisfied with the work and we'll recommend. Thank you.

Mike did an excellent job cleaning 5 rooms in our home. A quality job done at a fair price. Appreciated how All-Star gave us a service window, informed us when they were 45 minutes out from our appointment, and showed up right on time. We will use Allstar again in the future.

Very happy with residential carpet cleaning services by Allstar. Scheduling was easy. Employees called before arriving on time, during scheduled appointment. Employees were professional, thorough, and did quality work. They were able to get up a difficult stain that we'd tried previously to clean ourselves. We would definitely use them again.
